I am happy to report our first audited financial report prepared by our external auditors, Dara Ajayi & Company, Chartered Accountants, Akure, Ondo State. The full report is attached below.

 In the opinion of the auditors, the Foundation Management Council, FMC, tasked with the responsibility of maintaining proper records of all expenses at all time should maintain and  improve upon the current method of record keepings and type of accounts, on behalf the FMC, I pledge to implement their improvement recommendations ensuring next year audit work becomes easier.

At FMC, we are committed to prudent management of all resources and assure all our donors transparency and judicious use of all donations given to us. The attached audited financial report in our first year of full operation as a council sets a high expectation of transparency and demonstrates our commitment to fulfilling our statutory financial obligations as a duly registered entity in Nigeria and more importantly, it is aimed at building trust of all our donors and partners. 

Finally, I seize this opportunity to thank all our donors and partners for their generous donations and supports throughout the 2021-2022 financial year, and solicit for their generous donations and supports in the years to come.
